PREPARING FOR YOUR PROJECT
What to Provide
Here is a quick checklist of what we need to get the project underway. It would be helpful if we could have the questionnaire and RPR for our first meeting. Please see below:
What to Provide:
✓ Complete Client Questionnaire: (Link with be sent via email).
✓ Real Property Report (RPR): (for lots in a developed community)
An RPR, or Real Property Report, is a legal document that illustrates the boundaries of a property and any structures or improvements on it. It typically includes details such as the location of buildings, fences, decks, and other features in relation to the property lines.
You would typically receive an RPR when you purchase a property, as part of the closing process. The seller typically provides the RPR, which is prepared by a qualified surveyor, to the buyer to ensure that the property boundaries and any existing structures are accurately documented. The RPR is an important document for real estate transactions, as it helps ensure that there are no boundary disputes or encroachments on the property. Additionally, it may be required by lenders or municipal authorities for various purposes, such as obtaining permits for renovations or additions to the property.
If you currently don't possess an RPR (Real Property Report), we can recommend a few trusted trade partners we've collaborated with previously. When placing your order, ensure to request an AutoCAD file. We're more than happy to assist with this request and handle coordination for a nominal fee. Please inform us if you'd like to proceed with this service.
